ZOEVA Love is a Story & Rodeo Belle!

Hey my pretty ladies,

I purchased two of the 4 new Story eyeshadow palettes that Zoeva brought out recently ^^ and I thought I'd show you what they look like and do some swatches!

Both palettes hold 10 eyeshadows! They are very slim and easy to cary around. You can get them seperately for 16,80 € each or all 4 palettes for 60 €. I only bought these two palettes because I thought they look the most spectacular. I already do owe a few natural palettes and I didn't like the colors from the Retro Future palette very much.

LOVE IS A STORY

I love the packaging and color of this palette, it is very very cute! There is a quote inside of it that says 'Forgive quickly. Kiss slowly. Love truly.' It has some bright colors but also some smokey, half are matt the other half shimmery. Appearently according to Pixiwoo, this palette also includes a few good dupes to some MAC colors. Over You is a dupe for MAC Ochre, Ladylike is a perfect match for MAC Jewel Blue and Past Romance a dupe for MAC Creme de Violet.

without flash light:

with flash light:

I think Past Romance, Man with a Plan, Little Kiss and Old fashioned look the most stunning. Unfortunately while I swatched this palette the simmer that you can obviously see in Past Romance don't show up, a little bit disappointing! But I still think it's a beautiful palette ;)

RODEO BELLE

At first when Zoeva showed some sneek peak picutres of the new palettes, I wasn't that much interested with this palette. But when other bloggers received these palettes (before they came out) and did some reviews on them, I kind of was even more in love with THIS palette that Love is a Story who I knew I would have to buy.

without flash light:

with flash light:

Now look at this stunning poping colors. My favorites from this palette would probably be Cactus Flower, Western Diva, Bang Bang, Hot Wind & Smoking Gun. Smoking Gun looks like a light metallic blue color but it's more a silver color on the lid and kind of darker than it looks like and Deadshot does not do it justice, it's a good dupe for MAC Beauty Marked but actually blends much better.

I received two little primers with the 2 palettes I bought. I haven't tried them yet so I can't give you any feedback on them yet!

All in all I would say these new Zoeva palettes are really really great. They are affordable and the pigmentation comes close to my beloved Urban Decan and MAC eyeshadows ;) you can order these and more amazing Zoeva products on their website http://www.zoeva-shop.de

Stay tuned for more soon!

DRESS WISHLIST :)

Hi guys,

I hope you missed me. I didn't write a post in the last 2 weeks cuz I had so many ideas but so less time and I finally decided to do this post first in which I'm showing you a little selection of a few dresses that I fell in love with instantly on instagram.

PEPPERMAYO

get it >>> HERE <<<

I love this purple playsuit with pink flowers :D sooooo pretty and my colors.

get it >>> HERE <<<

I'm still into plaid and this is not too much. It's cut very nicely, just a bit too short for my taste.

get it >>> HERE <<<

I saw a similar skirt at Zara but the lace on this one is bigger and that's why I like it better :)

I haven't ordered yet from this online store but I guess it's one of these many australian online stores like lookbookstore. They have amazing dresses and playsuits :D I could like buy everything there and I might give it a try and order something soon. If you feel the same about their stuff, I suggest you to take one size bigger since australian sizes are not the same as european and american sizes.

TEAL & TALA

get it >>> HERE <<<

And another lovely playsuit! This is also an australian brand. Same goes for this as for all the other dresses, order one size bigger. Delivery might take some time.

CHICWISH

get it >>> HERE <<<

as seen on Luisa Lion from style-roulette.com

click >>HERE<< if you wanna see more pictures of her outfit!

I feel like this might look on me as good as on Luisa cuz I have a larger bust size too and this dress still suits her great.

get it >>> HERE <<<

This is a similar dress as the blue one above but then again different. It's also available in blue and I think a few online stores are selling this one but I haven't seen it cheaper yet than on this one. And since I heard like 2-3 good reviews on CHICWISH I would feel more save ordering it from them.

These two dresses are also made in China so order one size bigger. Delivery how ever might take some time thought.

MADISON SQUARE

get it >>> HERE <<<

This parka is like everything! Such a great color for this new season :D You can also google this dress since a few online stores are selling it. You can even find some of the Madison Square clothes on Teal & Tala. (but not this one)

LOOKBOOKSTORE

get it >>> HERE <<<

I don't feel like I could wear crop topped dresses yet but if I make it and loose some more weight I'm totally gonna order this and wear it this summer. I'm not such a girly girl but this dress is so pretty and we girls deserves sometimes something pretty so that we can feel like princesses :P

get it >>> HERE <<<

as seen on Hanadi Beauty (check her out on instagram)

And another playsuit... The last one I swear. I feel like they might be IN this year. Actually you can't do anything wrong with playsuits. Always loved them. ^^

I already ordered on lookbookstore before. It can take from 2 weeks to 4 weeks till you get the delivery. The quality is pretty good you just have to make sure to order one size bigger than you wear usually cuz their stuff runs pretty small.

My Liquid Sand Nailpolish Wheel!

Heeey guys,

I promised I'll show you what my latest bought nail polishes look like and so I kind of swatched them on a nail polish wheel, together with the rest of my liquid sand polishes and I'm almost filling one whole wheel. I'm a HUGE fan of this sand texture on the nails, it is a great feeling on the nails and it's something different than normal people would probably wear, and who likes to be normal? C'mon ;)

As you can see it's a light to dark range from 4 different nail polish brands.

1. Rimmel London Space Dust #003 Aurora - 2. P2 Sand Style #010 adorable - 3. P2 Sand Style #020 lovesome - 4. P2 Sand Style #060 strict - 5. P2 Sand Style #050 confidential - 6. P2 Sand Style #090 opulent - 7. P2 Sand Style #110 classy - 8. P2 Sand Style #080 lovely - 9. OPI Alcatraz... rocks - 10. Catrice Luxury Lacquers C04 The Big Bling Theory - 11. Catrice Crushed crystals 02 PLUMdog Millionaire - 12. Catrice #05 Stardust - 13. Catrice #01 Royal REDing - 14. Catrice #06 Call Me Princess - 15. Catrice #04 Oyster & Champagne

1. RL Space Dust #003 Aurora: pale golden pink/champagne with some silver sparkles
2. P2 Sand Style #010 adorable: bright baby pink color with small and big silver sparkles
3. P2 Sand Style #020 lovesome: red with small red and gold glitter
4. P2 Sand Style #060 strict: light grey color with small and big silver sparkles
5. P2 Sand Style #050 confidential: grey/blue color with small gold, pink and violet glitter
6. P2 Sand Style #090 opulent: green color with small green sprakles
7. P2 Sand Style #110 classy: light black color with small blue and red glitter
8. P2 Sand Style #080 lovely: purple with silver and purple sparkles

RImmel London Aurora has a thick brush and also a thick formula but once it's applied it turns into a really beautiful dried texture with great matt finish. You need 2 coats of it. I LOVE this color, it's a princess dream and reminds me a lot of OPIs Teenage Dreams (Katy Perry collection, LE).
I picked up 7 of the P2 Sand Style polishes, there are 3 or 4 more (which I didn't like the colors a lot or they were not available at the store). These are not even 2 € but so damn great. They all have a matt finish. 2 coats are enough, the lasting is okay, chips after 3 days. The rang of colors is super great and the sand feeling is definitely giving. I only can recommand these.

 9. OPI Alcatraz... rocks: dark blue/purple with gold, pink & purple sparkles, similar to 5.
10. Catrice  C04 The Big Bling Theory: sheer purple with small pink and big pruple glitter, not really a liquid sand polish

11. Catrice 02 PLUMdog Millionaire: sheer plum color with small purply-blue and pink shimmer
12. Catrice #05 Stardust: light grey/champagne color with small silver/white sparkles

13. Catrice #01 Royal REDing: bright red color with small holo shimmer

14. Catrice #06 Call Me Princess: bright pink-peach with a mix of gold and pink shimmer
15. Catrice #04 Oyster & Champagne: clear base with gold and rosegold shimmer
gold shimmer with rosegold hexes

OPI 'Alcatraz... rocks' was love on first sight at Sephora. The way this polish sparkled knocked me totally off that I HAD to buy it. It looks pretty similar to P2 'confidential' but the color base of this one is more purple while confidential is more blue. It also has a matt finish and a great forumula. 2 coats, long lasting.
The Catrice Crushed Crystals look similar to the range of colors P2 provides but these are brighter, more shimmery (than glittery) and they don't have a matt finish compared to the colors from P2 thought and what I didn't like about these is that you almost need 3 coats to get a good opaque coverage. I only tried Oyster & Champagne on my fingers so far and this color totally disappointed me, it is so sheer that you probably need 4-5 coats to get it opaque. Might look good with another light pink color as base thought! The other colors look actually good to me and I'm going to try Stardust next. And then this absolutly stunning looking color 'Call Me Princess', I can't show you the full beauty of this color in it's bottle. It's so amazing, never seen a color like this and so I can't wait to see what it will look like on my nails but I already love the result on the nailwheel ^^

If you wanna get this sand feeling on your nails too then I highliy recommand you the P2 sand polishes, they are so cheap but so great and they have the biggest color range.

HAVE A NICE WEEK! ;)

PRIMARK & DM haul!

Hiiii,

Friday, I went to one of my favorite shopping cities,  Saarbrücken (Germany). Most of my money I spent at my favorites stores Primark & DM and so here you can see everything I got:

I basically just bought stuff for the gym and two band tshirts at Primark that I might wear for gym too. This time at Primark I kind of found it hard to find stuff I liked. I only was one hour there which is quite fast if you consider how big this shop is and that normally I would spend 2 to 3 hours there xP

Bought a few sport bras, which you obviously can't have enough from ;) They were quite cheap, 5 or 6 € each.

More gmy stuff. A black shirt (8 €), black shorts (9 €) & grey tank top (5 €)

Nirvana shirt, 10€.

Ramones shirt, 10 €.

Grey sneakers, 4 €, probably the cheapest shoes I ever bought and will buy.

I'm always so excited about the great jewellery at Primark but this time I couldn't excite myself more than only for these two pieces. I really was a bit dissapointed about all the chains that they had there, they looked all 'last season' or I didn't like the color on some statement necklaces they had included.

At Deichmann I bought these great neon shoes for only 24,95 €. I've never been a fan of orange but these more 'tangerine' shoes kind of stole attention and I think they fit pretty good with all the grey and black stuff I bought and owe already. I have to add that I didn't like the shoes they had at Primark, they had like only 3 pair of sport shoes and I thought they looked really cheap and ugly.

DM haul:

I bought some Balea hair products because they are without silicones and I wanna try to treat my hair without any silicones for a while to see if it brings something. Also bought 3 tubes of a magical stuff called ice gel for tired feet, had to stuck it up. I have a feeling like they will be pretty soon empty, I've been working almost every day...

And I wouldn't be myself if I would not buy and nailpolish or makeup!
Bought a few polishes from Catrice, Crushed Cristal collection, these are liquide sand polishes. Gonna review them in a few days. A tiffany blue one, 2 new colors by essence for my feet. One of the new Maybelline nude lipsticks (732 Breizen Beige, recommanded by Hanadi Beauty) and liquid liner by Catrice and essence.

This was a pretty successfull shopping day. Althought I didn't buy that much at Primark as I thought I would do I bought almost everything that was on my list and a bit more ^^ had some great chinese food, Starbucks and I spend some great quality time with one of my best friends.

Shopping to be continued...

Deauty box of February!

Hi my lovely and beautiful followers,

This will be my last Deauty box review! Since they want to increase the price of the box and ask 2€ in additional for the shipping I decided to cancel my membership. A bit sad, I might have paid the new price but I don't wanna pay for shipping when it used to be for free. And sometimes you have to stant by your principles.

So this month I got 6 products, one full size only.

Menu of February

Kérastase - Ciment Thermique (50 ml)

"In winter, our hair faces many attacks. The contrast between the cold spice to the exterior and the hot dry air inside makes them fragile and without spring. Extra attention won't hurt them. For this, we always come back to Kérastase Ciment Thermique, a bestseller. The 'Vita-Topseal' repairs the surface of the keratin layer and surrounds the hair fiber with a protective envelope. Apply to washed hair and distribute evenly. Do not rinse. Full size: 150 ml & price: 26,50 €."

Since I got the box just before I wanted to shower, I already tried this product and I must say my hair felt really great after. There is a scent of lemon to it but after you dry them it most of it get lost.

Kérastase - Bain Force Architecte Shampoo (80 ml)

"We love Kérastase products, it's clear. This shampoo restructuring based on Cylane Cement Complex repairs the hair fiber depth and surface. A deep treatment for brittle or damaged hair. This energizing shampoo also protects hair from external factors such as the icy wind or a heavy downpour and treats split ends. Full size: 250 ml & price: 19,90 €."

Same for this product as for the other Kérastase product, I already tried it once and my hair was pretty good after. It was easier to comb my hair and they were slightly straighter than usual. ^^

Le Couvent des Minimes - Eau des Missions 'Botanical Fragrance' (30 ml)

"This cologne Couvent des Minimes, is pure nostalgia. It's fragrance is a tribute to the Missionaries of Mary who, for a long time, committed to human causes around the world, from India to South America. Passion for botany, they studied the benefits of plants. This mixture of the world does not leave you indifferent. This water scent combines citrus three and seven plants, selected because of their beneficial properties. Tip: put a drop of it on your sheets and fly to the sweet world of dreams ... Full size: 100 ml & price: 26,00 €."

Ohhh, I can't wait to try this on my sheets. It smells really really amazing!!!!

Weleda - nourishing body lotion with Seabuckthorn
(10 ml)

"The word evokes rather buckthorn than something pungent, unpleasant, but very quickly we were surprised by this powerful plant. The flesh and seeds of berries indeed contain an oil rich in antioxidant vitamins. This oil supports the natural regeneration of the skin and protects it from drying out our battered by winter skin. This body lotion is especially pleasant in the winter for sunny citrus scent awakens memories of warm summer evenings.  Full size: 100 ml & 15,50 €."

Hmmm this is the kind of citrus scent I don't like, smells bitter. We'll see....

Weleda - Regenerative hand cream with pomegranate

"The Greeks and Egyptians already knew: the grenade is a concentrate of vitality and full of vitamins and antioxidants that help improve the health and beauty. Weleda has developed, in collaboration with POM Wonderful, this hand cream environmentally responsible that fights skin aging, prevents the formation of pigmented spots and treats intensively. Give yourself a little more often hand massage because this exotic aroma is absolutely soothing. Full size : 50 ml & price: 8,99 €."

Love the scent of pomegranate! Only tried it once on my hands. I'll keep you updated.

Arkopharma - Forcapil (full size)

"It is not always easy to maintain a healthy lifestyle and occasionally, balanced meals take a hit. So complete your meal aves food supplements Forcapil. What does this have to do with beauty? we will tell you. Well, the formula containing zinc, vitamins and minerals, Forcapil stimulates the production of keratin, a protein that gives spring and shine to hair and makes stronger nails while stimulating their growth. Beautiful from head to toe, then! Full size: 60 capsules & price: 13,00 €."

Awwwww this is pretty cool. Never in my life would I have guessed that I would receive a product like that in a beauty box. ^^ This is my favorite product from this month's box!!! I once took similar pills and they really helped, unfortunately I find them a bit pricey to take them non stop. Thank you Deauty team for this amazing opportunity! The only thing that's not so great is that they smell terrible and probably won't taste any better either. But I already went through that once or twice and I can't wait for the result.

Final thoughts: I'm pretty satisfied with THIS box. I feel a bit sorry that it's my last box but who knows maybe I decide to continue getting them... (to be continued?)

Thanks for stopping by!

LUSH Rosa Lisa/Ro's Argan Body Conditioner

Hiiii my lovely readers,

Just a short blogspot to tell you how much I've fallen in love with the LUSH Rosa Lisa body conditioner.

Lamiya Slimani aka the Dorient mentioned this product in her January's must-have video on youtube and said it was like the new Nivea body douch milk/lotion.
I tried both versions from Nivea, have a look at >>> this blogspot <<< and since she said it was even better I had to go to the store and try it at least out. And so I did that and the really nice lady from the store made me try it on my hands and they were from one second to the other so soft that I couldn't believe my eyes, it felt like I used a magic potion on my hands. Since I lately always have dry hands no matter how often I put cream on them I decided to buy this conditioner and use it for my hands and sometimes on my body when I feel like it.

You really just need a bit of product to get an awesome effect and since this product is pretty expensive in my eyes, it costs about 32€ as far as I remember, it can pay off after all. The smell of it is nice, I'm not an expert in fragrances but this really doesn't stink at all for a VEGAN product.

I think in other countries you can find this under another name, Ro's Argan Body Conditioner but this is the one and the same product.

So this is basically for those people that find the Nivea body douch milk/lotion not effective enought and are looking for something with a bigger influence. I would only suggest you this condition if you REALLY have DRY skin.

I'm looking forward to try more LUSH products (if only they weren't so expensive xD) and review them for you! ^^

Have a nice week,

LORAC PRO palette + swatches!

Hiiiii everyone,

First of all, excuse me if you were expecting a post the last 2 weeks. Funny story! The day I was planning on writing a new post (actually this one) the charger of my macbook died and it took me one week until I got my new one delievered and then I didn't find any time the last 3-4 days on doing this post but today I'm pretty motivated and I took some time to finally get this done ^^

I wanted to show you my LORAC PRO eyeshadow palette and swatched it for you guys ;)

My wonderful friend Kelly send me this amazing palette from the USA, unfortunately the mirror was smashed when I opened the box but luckily all the colors were save.

LORAC PRO PALETTE:

The Lorac Pro palette has 16, yes SIXTEEN eyeshadows! Half of the shades (upper line) are matte and the other half  (lower line) are shimmery. It comes with a little Behind the Scenes Eye Primer tube. The eyeshadows have a very nice pigmentation and you can wear them wet or dry. The palette has soft and smooth textures, and the colors are quite neutral. ($42.00 for 16 x 0.02 oz.; 1 x 0.19 oz.)

Descriebed by Lorac: "Go PRO with the LORAC PRO Palette! Created by celebrity makeup artist Carol Shaw, this PRO artistry palette is packed with 8 Shimmer and 8 Matte Eye Shadows in all the shades you need to create the hottest looks straight from the Red Carpet. LORAC’S velvety-smooth shadows are infused with soothing botanicals and are ultra-pigmented to perform wet or dry so you can shade, shadow, line and define your eyes, just like a PRO."

SWATCHES:

White (= crisp, powdery texture, great as highlighter)
Cream (= pale beige)
Taupe (= warm toned, medium dark brown)
Light Pink (= well light pink lol, powder texture)
Mauve (= pink-plum, a bit powdery)
Sable (= dark taupe)
Espresso (= very dark brown)
Black (= medium dark black)

Nude (= shimmery pale beige, close to Champage)
Champagne (= rose tinted, close to Nude)
Gold (= rich metallic medium dark copper, not exactly gold)
Light Bronze (= warm toned peach)
Pewter (= medium dark shimmery brown)
Garnet (= redish-brown copper)
Deep Purple (= blackened warm purple)
Slate (= charcoal gray with flecks of teal micro-shimmer)

My favorite colors from this palette are Taupe, Light Pink, Mauve, Espresso, Champagne, Gold, Light Bronze, Garnet and Deep Purple. LOL I know that are half the colors but I would have also got it if it only contained those 8 ^^

The price is very raisonable for the 16 eyeshadows you get. I would say they are as equal as my Urban Decay shades. The case is so easy to carry and you can do almost any look you want. 8 shimmers and 8 Mattes is such a great idea. This is a great palette for the price and I am excited to try more looks and do some posts for you ;)

IF YOU CAN GET IT, GET IT!!!

Nice to be back in the blogger world

XoXo
