Magnetic nail polishes review - Get the magical effect ;)

My dear reader,

Let me show you the new nail trend: Magnetic polishes!

I tried three different colors for you and here are the results:

Here you can probably see the result better, in contrast with a darker background and artificial light :)

I must be honest that I wasn't satisfied with the pink magnetic result, you couldn't see it very well so I applied it also on my little left finger, which really turned out better (find out why, more below) and I'm not a very big fan of the golden magnetic polish, I just think that color isn't very beautiful, something bothers me about it.

Here is how it works!!!

Well, first you need some magnetic nail polishe(s)! I decided to go with 3 out of 4 colors (that were at the store) by essence:

(L to R) 03 magic wand!, 02 hex hex! and 05 pixie dust!

 

And of course you also need a nail art magnet, I choosed the one by essence, because the price was very nice.

 

It's really just that simple as you can see here below!!!

You just have to put on the nail polish and imediately hold the magnet 20 seconds over the finger, as close as you can without touching the polish! If you don't do it right after you put on the polish on your finger, the result will not be good, cuz these magnetic nail polishes dry VERY FAST!

And don't forget to apply also a top coat to make the result appear even better. I suggest you to use a shiny top coat ;)

Jumper with animal print are still IN!

Heeey my beloved fashionistas,

So apparently jumpers with animal print are also IN THIS year. That trend started last year and lets hope it continues cuz seriously theses jumpers are just too cute to be not worn ;)

Good for me cuz I have a green one with a pussycat on it ^^ and I love it very much.

Another good reason to love winter, cuz now we are able to put on our comfortable and warm pullovers :D

 

Do you also have a jumper with an animal??? I'd like to see, please share if you have!

What the heck is this Catrice? One name for two different nail polishes?

5 WEEKS AGO I bought the #190 Wrapped around my finger polish by Catrice and TODAY I saw that the Wrapped around my finger had a different color than the one I bought 5 weeks ago.

 

I don't know what's going on!!!! I'm I the only confused?

 

I like both colors somehow but you can't name them both the same -.-

I wonder which color it will be when I'm the next time at that store.

 You can never have enough nail polish!

 

The same goes for shoes!!! I bought a pair of nude shoes cuz I don't have nude shoes and these looked perfect on my feeth. I usually prefer higher heels but these were so comfortable and I liked this heel ;)

NOTD - Red metallic with red glitter tips

Hey MY little fashion monsters,

This is no ordinary red color!!!! It's red metallic and perfect for this time. It spices up every boring look and is an eye catcher, I swear.

 

So this is what my NOTD turned out:

I used #650 fever by P2 Color Victim as base and then #72 time for romance by essence colour & go on the tips. I applied the red glitter polish using a sponge. It's simple! To create a ombre nail look just put a bit of the polish, you want on the tips, on a sponge and then dab it over the tips ;)

And for CHRISTMAS:

I upgraded the nails with some green and gold glitter.

(You can't see the green color very much on the first picture without flash)

Using #38 CHOOSE ME! (left) & #67 Make it golden (right) by essence colour & go:

 

Top coat on it and you are ready to go :) Christmas can come!

Today I bought 4 snoods in 4 different colors... becuz they were so cheap AND I couldn't decide which one to take.

OPI Teenage Dream - all time favorite!

Dear reader,

today I'll show you one of my all time favorite nail polish: Teenage Dream by O.P.I.

 

It's a light, pink, glitter explosion. The base is a pink clear and then it got pink micro glitter and bigger holo glitter. You will feel immediately like a princess with this nail polish!!!

The fomula is a bit thick, a lot sticks to the brush but it works, maybe because it's a glitter polish, still I recommand you 2 coats,even 3 or it would be also beautiful with only one layer over a sheer pink polish.

I never thought I would LOVE this color so much. It has totally exceeded in my expectations. I am not a lover of pink nail polishes, at least not on my skin tone but Teenage Dream though is the perfect pink shade for me and it has such beautifull glitters!!!

And as I used it so often, my bottle is almost empty, I already ordered a new one.

Tip: It also looks very nice with the Black Shatter by OPI over it ;)

and if you have problems to remove glitter nail polish use a french nail tip remover!!!!
